Rental Duration & Inclusions

  • Each rental day starts at 09:30 and ends at 17:00.
  • The price includes: boat rental, VAT, cleaning after checkout, and insurance.

Fuel Costs

  • Fuel is not included in the rental price.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 24 hours before the start of the reservation.
  • If weather conditions (e.g., high winds, lightning, heavy rain) lead to a port authority restriction, the booking will be canceled and fully refunded.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time due to unsafe conditions.

Safety & Responsibility

  • The operator must not consume alcohol or drugs. Same rules apply as road driving.
  • Drunk or disorderly behavior is not tolerated.
  • Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.
  • The boat must be returned on time and in good condition.

General Rules for Boat Rentals in Greece

Age & Licensing

  • Minimum age to rent is 18 years.
  • Boats under 30HP may not require a license; over 30HP may require an international boating license.

Weather & Navigation

  • Do not operate a boat in bad weather, before sunrise, or after sunset.
  • Check weather via Windy, Poseidon, Windfinder, or Meteo.
  • Stay close to the coast and follow designated safe areas.

Safety & Operation

  • Boats come with safety gear: life jackets, first-aid kit, and fire extinguisher.
  • Do not exceed passenger capacity.
  • Drive at safe speeds and avoid sudden maneuvers, especially near swimming zones.
  • Maintain a safe distance from swimmers and other vessels.

Usage & Fines

  • Boats must not be subleased or used for illegal purposes.
  • Fines from misuse or rule violations are the renter's responsibility.

Specific Rules for territory of Corfu

  • Stay within 500 meters of the coastline.
  • Stay at least 200 meters from marked swimming areas, and 300 meters from unmarked ones.
  • In open sea, remain 500 meters from shore and keep speed under 5 knots.
